Athar Monument

Jamal AlYousif Sculpture Studio helped in the design of the ‘ATHAR’ monument, which celebrates the remarkable achievements of Bahraini women, while the fabrication and erection of the monument were carried out by BFG International. The precision-molded shapes were made from advanced materials, ensuring the monument’s durability in harsh conditions, and BFG International’s expertise in complex three-dimensional structures using advanced composite materials allowed for the monument’s completion in less than two weeks. The ‘Athar’ monument stands as a symbol of empowerment and inspiration, a remarkable example of art and engineering coming together to celebrate the progress made by women in Bahrain.
